Agency's new rules regarding containment and cleanup of lead paint - or face
fines of up to $37,500 a day.The new regulation requires painters and renovation contractors to be
trained and certified in EPA-approved lead-paint management methods.The EPA estimates that the new procedures will add $8 to $167 to the average
